Reply ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Reply (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• Profile Information: Optional information you provide such as date of birth and gender during onboarding.
• Chat Data: Messages you exchange with AI-powered historical personas within the App. These conversations are stored to provide continuity in your experience.
• Usage Data: We collect analytics data about how you interact with the App, including features used, session duration, and persona interactions.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.
• Subscription Data: Purchase and subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality, including AI-powered conversations with historical personas.
• To personalize your experience and deliver persona-initiated messages based on your frequency preferences.
• To process subscriptions and manage your account.
• To send push notifications for persona messages (with your permission).
• To improve the App through analytics and usage patterns.
• To communicate with you about updates, features, or support.

3. AI-Generated Content

Reply uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate responses from historical personas. These responses are fictional and for entertainment and educational purposes only. The AI does not represent the actual views or statements of the historical figures portrayed. Your conversation data is sent to OpenAI's API through our secure Cloud Functions for generating responses and is subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Storage). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All API communications are routed through secure server-side Cloud Functions — your device never communicates directly with AI services.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, analytics, cloud messaging, and remote configuration.
• OpenAI: AI-powered conversation generation (accessed via server-side Cloud Functions only).
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and in-app purchase processing.
• Apple App Store: Payment processing for subscriptions.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Tracking and Advertising

Reply does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA), and we do not display third-party advertisements within the App. The analytics data we collect is used solely to improve the App experience and is not shared with advertisers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile data, chat history, and associated information from our servers.

8. Abuse Prevention (Anonymized Data)

To prevent misuse of our free tier (e.g., repeatedly deleting and re-creating accounts to bypass usage limits), when an account is deleted, we retain a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the email address along with aggregated usage counts (number of messages per persona). This hash cannot be reversed to recover the original email address or any personal information. It is used solely to restore usage limits if the same email address registers again. This anonymized record is retained indefinitely for fraud prevention purposes.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the App.
• Request correction of inaccurate data through the Edit Profile feature.
• Delete your account and all associated data through the Settings menu.
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings.
• Control persona message frequency through the App's settings.
• Export your data through the Privacy & Data section in Settings.

For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA)

If you are located in the EEA, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent (provided at account creation) and the performance of our contract with you (these Terms of Service). If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. 10. Children's Privacy

Reply is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States (where Firebase and OpenAI servers are located). By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

3. Yapay Zeka Tarafından Üretilen İçerik

Reply, tarihî personalardan yanıtlar üretmek için yapay zeka (OpenAI) kullanır. Bu yanıtlar kurgusaldır ve yalnızca eğlence ve eğitim amaçlıdır. Yapay zeka, tasvir edilen tarihî şahsiyetlerin gerçek görüşlerini veya ifadelerini temsil etmez. Konuşma verileriniz, yanıt üretmek için güvenli Cloud Functions aracılığıyla OpenAI API'sine gönderilir ve OpenAI kullanım politikalarına tabidir.

4. Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik

7. Veri Saklama

Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece verilerinizi saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde, profil verilerinizi, sohbet geçmişinizi ve ilişkili bilgilerinizi sunucularımızdan kalıcı olarak kaldırırız.

8. Kötüye Kullanım Önleme (Anonimleştirilmiş Veriler)

Ücretsiz planımızın kötüye kullanımını önlemek için (örneğin, kullanım limitlerini aşmak amacıyla hesapları tekrar tekrar silip yeniden oluşturmak), bir hesap silindiğinde e-posta adresinin tek yönlü kriptografik hash'ini (SHA-256) ve persona başına toplam mesaj sayılarını saklarız. 10. Çocukların Gizliliği

Reply, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi sağladığını keşfedersek, derhal sileriz.

11. Uluslararası Veri Transferleri

Verileriniz, Firebase ve OpenAI sunucularının bulunduğu Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil olmak üzere ikamet ülkenizin dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir ve saklanabilir. Uygulamayı kullanarak verilerinizin bu konumlara aktarılmasına onay vermiş olursunuz.

Reply utiliza inteligencia artificial (OpenAI) para generar respuestas de personas históricas. Estas respuestas son ficticias y solo tienen fines de entretenimiento y educación. La IA no representa las opiniones o declaraciones reales de las figuras históricas retratadas. Tus datos de conversación se envían a la API de OpenAI a través de nuestras Cloud Functions seguras y están sujetos a las políticas de uso de OpenAI.

4. Almacenamiento y Seguridad de Datos

Tus datos se almacenan de forma segura utilizando Google Firebase (Firestore, Autenticación, Cloud Storage). Implementamos medidas técnicas y organizativas apropiadas para proteger tus datos personales contra acceso no autorizado, alteración o destrucción. Todas las comunicaciones API se enrutan a través de Cloud Functions seguras del lado del servidor — tu dispositivo nunca se comunica directamente con los servicios de IA.

No usamos identificadores publicitarios (IDFA) y no mostramos anuncios de terceros dentro de la App. Los datos analíticos que recopilamos se utilizan únicamente para mejorar la experiencia de la App y no se comparten con anunciantes.

7. Retención de Datos

Retenemos tus datos mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Cuando eliminas tu cuenta, eliminamos permanentemente tus datos de perfil, historial de chat e información asociada de nuestros servidores.

8. Prevención de Abuso (Datos Anonimizados)

Para prevenir el abuso de nuestro plan gratuito, cuando se elimina una cuenta, retenemos un hash criptográfico unidireccional (SHA-256) de la dirección de correo electrónico junto con conteos de uso agregados. Este hash no puede revertirse para recuperar la dirección de correo original. Se utiliza únicamente para restaurar los límites de uso si la misma dirección se registra nuevamente.

9. Tus Derechos

Reply no está dirigido a menores de 13 años. No recopilamos conscientemente información personal de menores de 13 años. Si descubrimos que un menor de 13 años nos ha proporcionado información personal, la eliminaremos de inmediato.

11. Transferencias Internacionales de Datos

Tus datos pueden ser procesados y almacenados en servidores ubicados fuera de tu país de residencia, incluyendo Estados Unidos. Al usar la App, consientes la transferencia de tus datos a estas ubicaciones.

12. Cambios en Esta Política
