Welcome to Reply. By downloading, installing, or using the Reply application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Reply is a mobile application that allows users to engage in AI-powered conversations with historical personas. The App uses artificial intelligence to simulate conversations for entertainment and educational purposes. The responses generated by the AI do not represent the actual views, opinions, or statements of the historical figures portrayed.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Reply offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
This App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA, these Terms shall govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All conversations within Reply are generated by artificial intelligence. The content is fictional and should not be considered as factual, historical, or representative of the actual views of the historical figures portrayed. Reply is designed for entertainment and educational purposes only. Users should not rely on AI-generated content for academic, legal, medical, or professional advice.
The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Reply and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Messages you send within the App are your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your messages for the purpose of generating AI responses and providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Reply'a hoş geldiniz. Reply uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") kabul etmiş olursunuz. Bu Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Reply, kullanıcıların yapay zeka destekli tarihî personalarla sohbet etmesine olanak tanıyan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama, eğlence ve eğitim amaçlı konuşmaları simüle etmek için yapay zeka kullanır. Yapay zeka tarafından üretilen yanıtlar, tasvir edilen tarihî şahsiyetlerin gerçek görüşlerini, fikirlerini veya ifadelerini temsil etmez.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu yaş şartını karşıladığınızı beyan ve garanti edersiniz. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, ebeveyn veya yasal vasi onayı gereklidir.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparak bir hesap oluşturmanız gerekir. Hesabınızın gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Reply hem ücretsiz hem de premium abonelik seçenekleri sunar.
Bu Uygulama size lisanslanmıştır, satılmamıştır. Uygulamanın kullanımınız ayrıca Apple Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi'ne ("Standart EULA") tabidir.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Reply'daki tüm konuşmalar yapay zeka tarafından üretilir. İçerik kurgusaldır ve tarihî şahsiyetlerin gerçek görüşlerini yansıtmaz. Reply yalnızca eğlence ve eğitim amaçlı tasarlanmıştır. Kullanıcılar akademik, hukuki, tıbbi veya profesyonel tavsiyeler için yapay zeka içeriğine güvenmemelidir.
Uygulama, tasarımı, özellikleri, içeriği ve teknolojisi dahil olmak üzere Reply'a aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
Uygulama içinde gönderdiğiniz mesajlar sizin içeriğinizdir. Uygulamayı kullanarak, mesajlarınızı yapay zeka yanıtları üretmek ve hizmeti sağlamak amacıyla işlememiz için bize sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz. Mesajlarınızın sahipliğini talep etmeyiz.
Gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir. Kişisel bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı ve koruduğumuzu anlamak için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyin.
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Reply ve geliştiricileri, yapay zeka içeriğine güvenme, veri kaybı veya hizmet kesintileri dahil olmak üzere Uygulamayı kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Yapay zeka yanıtları yanlışlıklar veya hatalar içerebilir.
Bu Koşulları ihlal ettiğinize inandığımız davranışlar için Uygulamaya erişiminizi herhangi bir zamanda askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulamanın Ayarları üzerinden silebilirsiniz.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleyerek bildireceğiz. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, revize edilmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır.

Bienvenido a Reply. Al descargar, instalar o usar la aplicación Reply (la "App"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo con estos Términos, no uses la App.
Reply es una aplicación móvil que permite a los usuarios participar en conversaciones impulsadas por IA con personas históricas. La App utiliza inteligencia artificial para simular conversaciones con fines de entretenimiento y educación. Las respuestas generadas por la IA no representan las opiniones, puntos de vista o declaraciones reales de las figuras históricas retratadas.
Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar la App. Al usar la App, declaras y garantizas que cumples con este requisito de edad. Si eres menor de 18 años, debes contar con el consentimiento de un padre o tutor legal.
Para usar la App, debes crear una cuenta usando Google Sign-In o Apple Sign-In. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo ella.
Reply ofrece niveles de suscripción gratuitos y premium.
Esta App te es licenciada, no vendida. Tu uso de la App también está sujeto al Acuerdo de Licencia de Aplicación de Apple ("EULA Estándar").

Todas las conversaciones en Reply son generadas por inteligencia artificial. El contenido es ficticio y no debe considerarse como factual o representativo de las opiniones reales de las figuras históricas. Reply está diseñado solo para entretenimiento y educación. Los usuarios no deben confiar en el contenido de IA para consejos académicos, legales, médicos o profesionales.
La App, incluyendo su diseño, funciones, contenido y tecnología, es propiedad de Reply y está protegida por leyes de propiedad intelectual.
Los mensajes que envías dentro de la App son tu contenido. Al usar la App, nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesar tus mensajes con el fin de generar respuestas de IA. No reclamamos la propiedad de tus mensajes.
Tu privacidad es importante para nosotros. Revisa nuestra Política de Privacidad para entender cómo recopilamos, usamos y protegemos tu información personal.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Reply y sus desarrolladores no serán responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o punitivos derivados del uso de la App.
La App se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que la App sea ininterrumpida o libre de errores. Las respuestas de IA pueden contener inexactitudes.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento por conductas que consideremos violan estos Términos. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento a través de los Ajustes de la App.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Te notificaremos cambios significativos actualizando la fecha de "Última actualización". Tu uso continuado de la App después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la República de Türkiye.
